Detroit Tigers righthander Jeremy Bonderman will miss the rest of the season due to elbow tendinitis, manager Alan Trammell said before Wednesday's game. Bonderman lost his last four decisions and gave up seven earned runs in just 4 2/3 innings in his last start against Kansas City on Sept. 19. He is 14-13 with a 4.57 ERA this season. Bonderman was projected to make two more starts.
