Bills starting quarterback J.P. Losman did not practice for a second straight day on Wednesday due to a shoulder injury and is not expected to be under center for Buffalo's Saturday night game against the Denver Broncos. Instead, backup Kelly Holcomb will lead the 4-9 Bills against the 10-3 Broncos. "I'm looking forward to it," said Holcomb. "It's a prime time game and you're the only game on. I think everybody is looking forward to it. We need to go out and do some good things." Losman is officially listed as questionable and tests on his shoulder came back negative. According to the Bills' web site, Losman may attempt to throw in practice on Thursday. Losman, in his second season, has spent two different stints as the starter this year, completing just 49.6 percent of his passes for 1,340 yards with eight touchdowns and eight interceptions. Holcomb has played in seven games, starting five times, this season. He has completed 86-of-127 passes for 815 yards with six touchdowns and three interceptions. This is his first season with Buffalo and 10th year in the league
